Bettisfield Boats is based in the small village of Bettisfield in Shropshire, situated on the popular and picturesque Llangollen canal.

We are a small family run business with over twenty five years of boating experience which means that we can offer you an individually tailored canal boat holiday to suit your needs.

We openly support the Considerate Boater principals and the Shropshire Union Canal Society.

Refit Complete!

Heron and Kingfisher are now cruising again after their winter refurbishment. Heron has been painted internally to give it a more open feel. It has a new kitchen worktop and new flooring throughout.

Kingfisher has had a new shaft, stern tube and stern gland fitted while in dry dock along with a new kitchen worktop and new flooring throughout. Both boats had their hulls reblacked while in drydock.

Full Refit

Both Heron and Kingfisher are currently docked and are under going a refit of the internal furnishings for the 2010 season. We'll add photos on this site to show you the progress! Alternatively, you can find us on Facebook and follow the progress there. Remember to sign up!
